To guarantee absolute customer satisfaction, we offer free returns for the products that for any reason(s) did not meet our customer's expectations, or for any products that may have been purchased in error. However, we will not refund any postage/carriage costs. All products purchased in error must be returned in the same condition that they arrived in and in the original packaging - failure to comply may result in refusal of returns.

All returns must be submitted and received within 14 days of purchase, and all returns will be reviewed and evaluated before issuing a refund. We expect you fully comply with our expectations and any possible questioning, failure to do so may result in refund refusal.
If you have purchased a product from one of our distributors and you are not entirely happy with it - please get in contact with them directly, they will then submit the returns request onto ourselves.
